Position Summary

Responsible for performing complex, component-level repairs on electronic products. This role includes troubleshooting, testing, and analyzing results to improve repair processes and product performance. The technician will utilize a variety of diagnostic tools and support continuous improvement efforts within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic products
• Develop and refine test and repair procedures for existing and new products
• Research repair methods and testing requirements for new equipment
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and RF test equipment
• Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and repair issues
• Support training and development of new team members
• Identify opportunities to reduce unrepairable product rates
• Collaborate with engineering on technical challenges
• Perform routine repair tasks as needed

• Oscilloscope (O-Scope)
• RF test stations and electronic diagnostic equipment
• Soldering tools
• Computer-based systems

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or
• High school diploma with 6+ years of related experience
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with electronic test and measurement equipment
• Solid computer proficiency
